snuggly saturday

i love saturdays like these.. when there's just the right amount of chill in the air to stay snuggled in bed, warm and comfy while the rain does its american version of a monsoon. these are the perfect saturdays for two of my favourite things: Comedy Central on tv and my monthly subscriptions Stuff & Playboy!

my newest favourite show on telly is the Comedy Central Presents.. (CCP) stand-up comic series.. most of what i have watched is absolutely hilarious.. standup comedy is making a bigtime comeback, thanks to Comedy Central.. i loved Chris Rock & Dave Chappelle with their stand-up acts.. but there's a whole new breed of upstarts who're doing this now.. some of my favourites are: Dane Cook.. Mike Birbiglia.. Carlos Mencia.. here's the schedule for CCP.. catch them when you get a chance!

as for my weekend reading (yes i do read both magazines for the articles! :-P!!).. here are the two feature girls for the month: Sofia Vergara is Colombia's hottest export, don't worry, el cocaina is still the largest export! she's also in the new 'sk8er boi' epic "Lords Of Dogtown" now playing in a theater near you! here's a li'l known titbit - her ex-bf was one of the country's biggest mobsters! as for our other feature girl.. Joanna Krupa has oft been voted 'Sexiest Swimsuit Model in the World'.. i have her here looking smokin' minus the swimsuit.. what is it with black-n-white pics that make them so hot!!
