of class, lab and life

blogger was down last night and today morning.. so people were getting all heated up. i've been dedicating quite a few hours to the lab the last couple of days.. the results of which are showing.. i'm getting good returns on the octadecylsilane treated prisms, but not so good on the NyeBar treated ones.. yes yes, i know i'm bragging now!! :-))

had the cell surface science class today.. had to carry a mug of coffee to class otherwise i was going to die.. 2.5 hours of science lectures.. aargh! at least the girls from roswell made an honest effort to keep me awake and concentrating through out the class. by the way, we have a heather graham lookalike in class.. she is the girl of 'shoelace-shorts' fame (refer to Friday, September 03, 2004 - "freakin' friday"), and she was looking as great as always - mine precious, me like..

vip n i were watching 'fight club' at night.. and discussing the very real possibility that if we're still single and working in the city in five years time.. we might and actually will start a fight club of our own!! besides, with vip's air pollution work and my biomaterials training, we can do some serious weird stuff!!
