work blues

it's great to have a monday holiday - so that the monday blues can be postponed to tuesday. there were hilarious scenes at 33 today: everyone was fighting for a computer to sit and study/work!! ash had h/work, mal had a reading assignment, nats had h/work too, sank had project work, arul had a paper to review - that left vip and i. while vip decided to immerse himself in the world of 'The Hobbit', i was also reading very intelligent and insightful literature: Stuff, sept '04 issue. i may not be a trekkie, but gotta watch out for jolene blalock.. she sizzles!

it's been so long since i sat down to read, that it was a nice feeling to hold pages, and turn them, as opposed to scrolling down on the touchpad!! ended up reading loads of cool stuff in it - 'how to build your own tomahawk missile for under $5,000'; horrific goth teddy bears for psycho kids; stuff girls of the month: jolene blalock, bonnie-jill laflin, colleen porch, cristina scabbia; the ultimate custom earphones; and probably the best hiking knife in the market, the Buck 760 BKX Summit.
