how many times have you come across a street painter, and stopped to think to yourself, "wow, this bloke certainly knows his colors"? what if you came across Englishman Julian Beever (hehe, cmon, you gotta smile when you come across a bloke called Mr. Beever!!) and his paintings, and saw that he'd painted this:
