spring, finally!

had the best weather of the season yet today, it touched 75.. and all the pretty girls finally broke out their tiny shorts and tinier skirts.. mmm :-))!! it certainly made work easier today!

we fired the grill up today, what better way to celebrate the coming of the season eh?! roasted some eggplants and made 'baingan bharta' (spiced roast eggplant).. will put up the recipe on the cooking blog soon. made some tandoori chicken (grilled chicken) too, the pic doesn't do the food justice though!

we did hear that it might touch zero and snow again later this week, but hey, that's buffalo weather for you! :-)
