that's the key word nowadays.. cos i'm interim Plant Maintenance Manager.. working for the interim from 2.30 am to 4 pm.. getting stuff done in the interim.. youngest manager in company history, for the interim.. no raises either, in the interim..

i'd like the permanent promotion, i think i'm showing i can deal with it pretty well.
